.
How
An updated Windows 64bit Single-Tier Lite ODBC-JDBC Bridge installer with a fix for this issue is now available.
Alternatively the odbc-jdbc-win64-dlls-new.zip zip file archive with the fixed DLLs can still be downloaded to update an existing installation manually. The files in the zip file are:
- ntl8j15zu.dll
- ntl8j15z.dll
- liblmgr.dll
and can be extracted and used to replace the existing DLLs of the same name as follows:
- The
ntl8j15zu.dll
andntl8j15z.dll
ODBC-JDBC Bridge driver DLL files need to be replaced in theC:\Program Files\OpenLink Software\UDA\bin
directory. - The
liblmgr.dll
OpenLink License Manager DLL in theC:\Windows\System32
directory needs to be replaces the updated DLL. - Restart the “OpenLink License Manager” (oplmgr.exe) Windows service to force it to be reloaded and pickup the new DLL.
Then ensure all ODBC applications are closed and attempt to reconnect with the ODBC application that was giving the ODBC: ERROR [IM003] Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114
error to confirm the updated DLLs resolve the problem.
