There exist a way to use Oauth 2.0 in Virtuoso Community Edition?

I tried what is written here but in community edition I get that I cannot actually install the VAL VAD Package.
Here is shown that OAuth is supported in the Open Source edition

VAL, which is require for OAuth 2.0 support, is a Virtuoso commercial only feature not available n the open source product …
