Following the suggestion of this category, I’m presenting here.
My name is Fernando Carpani and I live in Uruguay.
I work at the mayor public university and I’m also a PHD student.
From some years until today I teach courses about Semantic Web and we use Virtuoso-opensource as one of the platforms. I think that virtuoso it’s a very good platform in terms of performance in order to make Linked Data.
Now i’m trying to use virtuoso-opensource in a non-budget project which involves scanned document processing of human right violations in the last dictatorial government in the country.
And I have some troubles 
as you can see en virtuoso-users list.
I expect that my poor english can be understood, sorry but it’s my only english .
