What is the Semantic Layer?
The Semantic Layer is a harmonization layer built on top of disparate data sources, guided by relationship type semantics.
What are Relationship Type Semantics?
These semantics help address key challenges, including:
1.Reconciling different identifiers for the same entity across data sources, using explicit or implicit techniques.
2.Categorizing entities through classes and subclasses.
3.Applying transitivity within specific relationship types.
How does this translate into user experience?
Users can simply ask natural language questions to an AI Agent and receive coherent, context-aware responses. These agents can be tailored for specific domains, such as customer support, product-specific inquiries, employee support, and more.
