Is the procedure DB.DBA.RDF_64BIT_UPGRADE () still relevant?

The documentation mentions a procedure RDF_64BIT_UPGRADE
IRI_ID Type but this does not seem to exist in 7.6. Opensource edition. Is it a commercial only procedure or out of date documentation?

This function was used in Virtuoso 5, but is obsolete in Virtuoso 6 and above where all IRI_IDs are now 8 byte by default. Thus will have the documentation updated to reflect this.
