Chrome / Firefox open link / tab from another device

I wonder if something along these lines would work: You press some ‘Open on <device xy>’ button on your phone / other pc and it opens a new tab in chrome / browser and loads the selected link. I think it would be really helpful, but havent found anything selfhosted yet. Does something like this exist? free netflix netflix free trial
